Although our turnover rate is very low, we occasionally have employment opportunities available. We keep a list of interested parties and applicants on file and follow up with those individuals before publishing the position. Must have at least 3 years experience in IT support or network administration. Must be familiar with typical industry best practice methods. Certification in Microsoft BackOffice products is preferred. In-Shop technician - Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have at least 1 year experience in IT support, call center, or network administration.
